OvalTech Internet Ltd reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate a customer's account and/or any other service's that are provided if the customer acts inappropriately or against the terms laid out at any time without any prior notice.
Server Use and Content
OvalTech Internet Ltd holds no responsibility to any content stored upon its servers and will not be held liable for any material that results in loss or damage.
Hosting services are provided for the account holder only. Reselling or giving away web hosting services of their website to any other parties. Reselling of reseller package is permitted, but you may not permit your clients to resell the service.
OvalTech do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
- Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any UK, European or Local regulation.
- Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of OvalTech Internet Ltd.
- Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
Any activities, which adversely affect the ability of other people or systems to use OvalTech Internet Ltd services or the Internet, are prohibited.
Payment Terms
All payments are to be made in Great British Pound Sterling. Payment methods that are accepted by OvalTech Internet Ltd are Online Credit and Debit Card, Cheque OR Bank Transfer (BACS).
All customer accounts are setup on the basis of pre-payment for the service provided. OvalTech Internet Ltd reserves the right to change the prices of accounts or services at any time following the end of the prepaid term. All prepaid pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment.
Customers will automatically be billed/charged again at the end of their pre-paid period unless account closure or service termination notice has already been given. 30days written notice is required to terminate accounts and services.
If reoccurring payments are not made by the due date, we reserve the right and will suspend any services being provided to you.
Failure of credit/debit cards or bouncing of cheques will result in instant suspension of services, which may be subject to a re-activation fee.
Re-payment invoice notices will be issued up to 14 days prior to the due/term ending date.
Termination
OvalTech Internet Ltd reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. If any files or scripts on your website causes OvalTech Internet Ltd staff to believe are causing a disrupted service for other then we may suspend your account.
If a customer breaks the terms outlined, then they will not receive refund if in the event of a service cancellation.
To terminate your account or services you are required to give 30days written notice. Accounts with a minimum contract period cannot be terminated until the initial contract period has expired. Fees paid on a pre-paid basis are non-refundable.
If a cancellation occurs within the first 14day trial period of Shared and Reseller Hosting packages a full refund will be given. Some accounts incur set-up fees, these charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued unless OvalTech Internet Ltd has officially terminated the service.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold OvalTech Internet Ltd harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against OvalTech Internet Ltd , its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless OvalTech Internet Ltd against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with OvalTech Internet Ltd ' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from OvalTech Internet Ltd ' server.

OvalTech Internet Ltd will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. OvalTech Internet Ltd makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. OvalTech Internet Ltd does not back up your data/website. OvalTech Internet Ltd cannot guarantee to be able to replace lost data. OvalTech Internet Ltd disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by OvalTech Internet Ltd and its employees. OvalTech Internet Ltd reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
